Fairview Gardens

PLC was hired in 2009 by the Center for Urban Agriculture at Fairview Gardens to perform the site work for their temporary labor housing compound. Fairview Gardens is a nonprofit farm that promotes organic sustainable farming practices through numerous educational programs, along with supplying locally grown organic produce.

The work involved the extension of the Goleta sanitary sewer main onto the property along with various manholes and lateral lines for present and future use. A new entrance road was constructed along with new utility installations and site grading for the compound.
